Ban Appeal Rules.

Before you go and type your ban appeal, we want to mark out some rules that must be completed in order to pass or accept a ban appeal.

No. 1 - You may not use multi accounts voting for your unbanning. If you are discovered doing so you will be banned for life time.
No. 2 - The ban appeal must be done according with the requested format. If the ban appeal is not in the correct format your ban appeal will not be accepted and will be ignored.
